Applies to renters (customers) and dealers using the WheelForRent marketplace in Pakistan.

Terms of use — renters

These terms apply to customers who search, book, and rent vehicles through WheelForRent in Pakistan.

By creating an account or completing a booking, you confirm that you hold a valid driving licence (where self-drive is selected), are legally permitted to drive in Pakistan, and will provide accurate identity and contact information.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment via our payment partner, Safepay.
  • You must pick up and return the vehicle at the scheduled date, time, and location agreed at checkout.
  • You may not sublet, lend, or use the vehicle for unlawful purposes, racing, off-road use (unless agreed), or commercial carriage without the dealer's written consent.
  • Fuel, tolls, traffic fines, and parking charges during the rental are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed with the dealer.
  • Cancellations follow the refund policy shown at checkout. WheelForRent may facilitate refunds but final vehicle condition and damage settlements are between you and the dealer.

Terms of use — dealers

These terms apply to vehicle owners and rental businesses listing cars on WheelForRent.

By registering as a dealer, you confirm that you legally own or are authorised to rent the vehicles you list, and that listing details (photos, rates, availability) are accurate.

  • You are responsible for vehicle roadworthiness, insurance, registration, maintenance, and lawful operation in Pakistan.
  • You must acknowledge or decline bookings promptly and honour confirmed reservations at the agreed pickup and drop-off times.
  • WheelForRent charges a platform commission on completed rentals as disclosed during dealer onboarding.
  • Payouts are scheduled after completed bookings according to the payout policy in your dealer dashboard.
  • You may assess and claim damage costs directly from the renter. WheelForRent does not guarantee recovery of damage amounts but may assist with documentation where appropriate.

Privacy policy

WheelForRent respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information for renters, dealers, and visitors.

We collect information you provide (name, phone, email, CNIC where required, business and bank details for dealers), booking and payment records, and basic usage data to operate the platform.

  • We use your data to create accounts, process bookings and payments, prevent fraud, provide customer support, and improve our services.
  • Payment card and wallet details are processed by Safepay; WheelForRent does not store full payment credentials on its servers.
  • We may share necessary booking details between renters and dealers to fulfil a reservation (e.g. name, phone, pickup location).
  • We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.
  • You may request correction of your profile information via account settings or by contacting support@wheelforrent.com.

Vehicle damage & liability

WheelForRent is not responsible for any damage done to the car by the renter. If any damage occurs to the vehicle during the rental period, the renter is solely responsible and must pay the vehicle owner (dealer) for the full cost of repairs or replacement as assessed by the dealer.

  • WheelForRent acts as a marketplace connecting renters with independent vehicle owners (dealers). We do not own, operate, or insure the vehicles listed on the platform.
  • The renter is fully responsible for the vehicle from scheduled pickup until scheduled drop-off, including damage caused by accident, negligence, misuse, or third parties.
  • Any damage, loss, theft, or excessive wear must be reported at drop-off. The dealer will assess repair or replacement costs, and the renter must compensate the dealer directly.
  • WheelForRent is not liable for disputes between renters and dealers regarding vehicle condition or damage costs, except where required by applicable law.
  • Any damage costs assessed by the dealer must be settled directly between the renter and the dealer. WheelForRent does not collect or hold a security deposit on bookings.

General

WheelForRent may update these terms and this privacy policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, to the extent permitted by law.
